The vaccine decision is a hard one for many and an obvious for a few. For me it was not hard. My emotional make us said, "if any harm occurs I prefer to not be the active cause of it." In other words, if sickness comes as a result of inaction, I can deal with nature, and with healing from a much better place. If I take action that causes my child's suffering; that is extremely difficult for me. You may be in a different place and have different resources and influences or emotional makeup - all valid. Please be clear that I am not here to decide for anyone, but to share what i find useful in avoiding vaccines. 

Giving sugar to kids harms them and other families too

In modern times we have learnt to let people have their convictions and lifestyle with respect and tolerance. But have we gone too far? Have we perhaps forgotten that we do not live in isolation and out choices impact others?

 

Parents too often call for sessions (via Skype; https://www.naomialdort.com/index.php/call-naomi) or share in workshops that one of the greatest struggles inside their home is the influences from other children and families. And one of the greatest stresses in the home are related to foods; yelling, upsets, tears, and parents utter frustration. Parents who wish to raise children without sugar, grains, processed foods etc, find that socializing creates a huge struggle that often ends up with bitter resignation: “I either raise my child in social isolation, or I have to let her eat sugar and other foods I consider toxic to her health, development, and mental wellbeing.” This is painful and does not have a solution unless we work together.

 

Very often the health food oriented parent wants peace and friendship and says very little if anything so the other well meaning parents do not even know the stress caused by a child’s visit to their home or in a party. Therefore I am writing this blog to question the idea that our freedom in such issues is actually freedom. 

 

I question the concept of such freedom because one’s freedom to feed sugar and processed foods, takes another parent’s freedom to feed their children as they wish, away. In fact it impacts the health of these other children for the rest of their lives, as they form habits that are hard to change. 

 

Indeed we cannot and should not judge families and parents preferences. But we should speak up. Often, the parents who do give processed and sugary foods to their children wish they could do without. They too are under pressure from relatives, partners, school and more.

 

This blog is not a criticism on anyone’s preferences. Instead it is an invitation to start a movement of speaking up and requesting our schools, relatives and friends to do the research on how these foods set their children up for future illnesses, physical and mental, and how we are together impacting each other with our choices. The industry will change when we do.

we and our children are bombarded with daily

I do not mean to inject more parental anxiety in an already toxic world, so please use this information with common sense and acceptance of reality as needed. It is information you may have had no time to check that could help you make some choices for your family to reduce yours and your children’s exposure.

 

If you live in the city, you may have to make peace with a lot more exposure than in a country living. Still, knowing these details may be helpful in making future choices about location of a house, cell phone use, buying a car, computers etc. A computer, for example, can be far enough from a child or person, to have zero radiation. And laptop need not sit in the lap.

 

Many parents and people in general don’t see the point in controlling the amount of radiation in their homes, cars, and phones. They say that we are living in radiation anyway, from cell towers, radios, TV, trains, flights etc... and it is all over. Indeed, being at peace is crucial, what cannot be changed is best accepted while creating health and immunity with lifestyle and food. But lets not be passive where change or choices are possible.

 

The strength of a direct closeup radiation, as in a car, is not comparable to the lower levels that are “all over the place.” Likewise, children do not spend daily time in airplanes, trains, or medical x rays machines. (And most adults have choice over those too.) Therefore, I believe that precisely BECAUSE our children are already exposed to so much radiation and pollution, it may be a good idea to monitor how much we add to it, that is in direct contact and therefore much stronger radiation.

 

Cars: When I buy a car, I look for one without GPS, without screens, without heated seats and all the other electronic bells and whistles. Why? Because it all amounts to very high and locally focused radiation. The wifi of a moving car that uses GPS is doubled the already incredibly high radiation of GPS, due to the fast motion of the car and the computer having to find you constantly. It is extremely high and not comparable to anything we get daily. The whole car is an antenna.

 

The good news: finding your way with a real map is good for your brain and a great learning for your children, and, often means fewer mistakes, and, no radiation.

 

Anecdotal proof of harm is plentiful, but it is not yet clear if and how harmful it actually is. So again, its a choice about how much to take risks with the yet unknown. For those of you who would rather play it safer until it is discovered down the lane of time if it is safe, these bits of information may be useful. The EMF in cars is not a problem until they are “fully loaded.” Basic radio, heat, AC, etc, do not cause too much radiation in the front and usually non in the back. There are plenty of modern cars that are radiation safe. If you have a “loaded” car no need to panic, only to start considering if you wish to make changes in the future. Also, the more we start asking for cars without radiation, the more likely the manufacturers will listen.

The pill should also be part of the “me too” conversation as, like most contraceptions, the burden is on the woman. The price, is paid by both the woman and her children who become people.

Many women today have candida or yeast infection, and babies end up with yeast and eczema, all resulting from the pill’s destruction of the woman’s gut flora.

When bacterial balance in the intestine is caused by artificial factors, it is very hard to treat. The imbalance of bacteria causes malabsorption and therefore nutritional deficiencies of many minerals, vitamins, micro nutrients and specially the all mighty Zink which is linked to reduced IQ and to birth defects. Iron deficiency is also a common (the above toxins consume iron) resulting in anemia. Anemia often results in low birth weight, premature birth and sometimes long term developmental issues. It seems hard to combat anemia with supplements while pregnant; what is really needed is to recreate the healthy flora.

Unfortunately most long term health problems that are caused by the pill, (as with bad diet or vaccines) are never traced back to their causes, therefore the lack of “proof.” Searching the internet brings up these facts, and side by side the mainstream repeated assurance that says they are safe. Make your own search and choices.

In addition to deficiencies, the wrong bacteria discharges toxic substances in the woman’s body, which, unfortunately, circulate in the mother’s blood - can enter the placenta and the baby.

The fetus can therefore be exposed to toxins even if the woman eats the cleanest diet and lives in fresh air.

As you can see, if you took the pill, you can eat the best food and take great supplements while pregnant, but with mall-absorption, you may still be nutritionally deficient.

Babies of mothers with compromised intestinal flora do not get the healthy dose of new bacteria when going through the birth canal because the birth canal will have the same deficiencies and imbalance. (C section therefor causes a similar problem the newborn is not introduced to any bacteria.) These babies therefor tend to have problems with their own intestines, leading to yeast (perhaps colic), eczema and sometimes life long auto immune difficulties (diabetics, eczema, asthma, allergies, crone/colitis, and possibly even autism and learning disabilities.)

If you have taken the pill for a few years do not despair, only be proactive on detoxifying before getting pregnant. If this is too late, at least you can understand the possible source of some issues in your baby or child and know that correcting the flora and detoxifying can heal. Sadly, physicians are not aware of these factors since they are only taught the side effects that are observable immediately.
